About Us
With over 30 years in the wellness world, we've seen the cliques, ego-driven spaces, and misuse of power in yoga, Pilates, and personal growth. That’s why we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where movement and mindfulness are tools for true healing, growth, and empowerment—rooted in integrity and community.

About Us
We are here to revolutionize the wellness world.
We’re not here to promote fleeting wellness trends or passing fads. Instead, we offer a safe, supportive space where students can practice a curated style of yoga that merges ancient wisdom from Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda with modern movement, Western Psychology, and a focus on "safe" yoga anatomy and physiology.
The result? Programs & Classes with real impact. The proof is in the transformative experiences our students continue to share.
Our Name: Prana7
Prana = life force energy.
One of the earliest references to prāṇa is from the 3,000-year-old Chandogya Upanishad, but many other Upanishads use the concept, including the Katha, Mundaka and Prasna Upanishads. The concept is elaborated upon in great detail in haṭha yoga, tantra, and Ayurveda literature.
The Number 7:
The number seven has always been associated with spirituality and is valued greatly. It is observed in various spiritual and natural phenomena such as the 7 Chakra Energy Centers, 7 Hindu Marriage Vows, 7 Days in a Week, 7 Colors in the Rainbow, and many others.
In Hindu knowledge and practice, references to the number seven include Seven worlds in the universe, seven seas in the world in Hindu cosmology, Seven sages or Saptarishi, and their seven wives or Sapta Matrka in Hindu mythology.
The number 7 is connected to intuition, wisdom, growing self-awareness, spiritual revelations, and big shifts that can positively impact one's life. It serves as a bridge between our mortal realm and higher places.
In Buddhism, seven is the number of ascent, and Buddha is said to have walked this number of steps at his birth. In Christianity, God is represented by the seventh ray in the center of the six rays of creation.
In China, the number 7 is considered lucky because it sounds similar to the Chinese words for 'arise' and 'life'.
It is also symbolic of togetherness and, as a result, is seen as a good omen in relationships.
The number six traditionally represents humanity, and therefore seven is seen as the centre of humanity and its connection to the creator.
Seven is also the number of the universe and combines the heavens, typically symbolised by the number three, and the body of Earth, associated with the number four.
