Join us for a deeply nourishing weekend designed to ground your nervous system, deepen your inner awareness, and gently unwind stored tension from body, mind, and heart. Root to Rise is a trauma-aware Yin Yoga immersion that introduces you to our signature Flow 44 sequence — a powerful 44-posture journey designed to support emotional release, energetic flow, and long-term nervous system resilience.

This experience is ideal for yoga practitioners, teachers, space holders, and healers — or anyone seeking deep rest, embodied insight, and sustainable self-regulation tools. Whether you're expanding your teaching skills or embarking on a personal healing path, this immersive weekend offers a safe, sacred container to connect, reflect, and
transform.

This weekend training counts as Continuing Education (CE) hours for Registered Yoga Teachers through the International Yoga Alliance. Everyone will get a certificate of completion at our closing ceremony.
